1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Mr Sensational (“we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging with our services or accessing our website, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Services Mr Sensational provides marketing solutions, website development, social media management, business services, and AI-driven marketing technologies for local businesses.

3. Client Responsibilities - Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery. - Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, and materials in a timely manner. - Ensure that all content and materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights or any applicable laws.

4. Fees & Payment - Fees for services are detailed in your proposal or contract. - Payment is due as specified (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually). - Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional fees.

5. Contract Duration & Termination - Minimum contract duration is 12 months unless otherwise agreed in writing. - Either party may terminate with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms and does not remedy the breach within 14 days. - Upon termination, outstanding fees for services rendered remain due.

6. Intellectual Property - All intellectual property developed by Mr Sensational remains our property unless otherwise agreed. - Clients retain ownership of their pre-existing content and data. - Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables for their business purposes.

7. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability - Mr Sensational is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. - Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 6 months preceding the claim.

9. Warranties & Disclaimers - We strive to deliver services with reasonable skill and care but do not guarantee specific business results. - Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

10. Amendments We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
